Over the past few years there have been major changes to flood insurance. Discuss the overall risk of flood, the National Flood Insurance Program, Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act, and the Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act of 2014. This course meets the requirement of the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004 for four (4) hours of flood insurance training.
