This course provides Florida insurance professionals with a practical understanding of cyber liability exposures, core policy structures, and the regulatory obligations that apply under the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA). Participants will learn how to evaluate cyber risks, explain first- and third-party coverage, complete compliant applications, and ethically present cyber solutions to clients. The course also emphasizes DFS expectations, documentation standards, breach response requirements, and best practices to reduce both client risk and agent E&O exposure. This course will apply as "Elective" credits.
